Introduction:
Series GJT-B metal detector is the latest product in metal
detecting field. In circuit design, this product adopts digital phase shifting and related detecting technologies, which
are the latest metal detecting technologies. With stable
performance, high detecting sensibility and strong disturbance resisting ability, series GJT-B metal detector is
widely used for belt conveyors in thermal power, cement, paper,
mining, forestry, environment protection, building materials and
other industries.
Working principle:When the metal gets into the sensor electromagnetic field, some
changing signals are generated, and the metal detector can detect
them. Then the metal detector can process the signals with
electronic technology and drive the executing device (electromagnet and switches of motor) to remove
the harmful metal.
Timing function: The electric relay will be delayed released after actuation, and the
time will be between 1~10 seconds.
Output control: One pair of the connection points of the electric relay are open, while the other
pair are closed.
